[Travis, looking as worse for wear as most of the rest of COST does about now, is at the ready when the capsule door slides open. For a tense few moments, all he can do is to stare Hei in the face, eyes hard, daring the man to speak first.
But speaking was never really on his agenda. Travis' eyes drift almost lazily to the damn rifle in Hei's arms.]
Thanks. [it's clipped, of course. A bare minimum of gratitude.
With that, he practically yanks the gun out of the man's hands, steps back, and slams his hand on the control that'll shut the capsule door in Hei's face.]
[A moment later, Travis opens the door again and sticks his head out to see if Hei has actually left]
...
[he................... he has.
Travis looks left and right to make sure none of the crows have spotted him, and ducks his head back inside, content with the punishment (and conversation) he's been spared.]

(stares at the slammed door, raised hands quickly tightening into fists and dropping.)
2/2
(walks off down the hall, satisfied with the delightfully brief exchange.)
